South Florida dental jobs: week of September 21, 2026
Broward carries this week's board almost entirely, with pediatric, orthodontic and lab-technician openings clustered in Coral Springs and a single Miami Beach listing in Miami-Dade.

This week’s scan of practice websites and the board turned up an unusually lopsided map. Broward accounts for nearly every opening, with Coral Springs alone posting more roles than the rest of the region combined, and pediatric and orthodontic practices doing most of the hiring. Miami-Dade is quiet. Palm Beach produced nothing we could verify, so it does not appear below. As always, we list what we found and point you to the practice’s own careers page; The Enamel Review does not repost or collect applications.
Miami-Dade
One listing only. A Miami Beach practice operating under an individual license is advertising four roles at once: dental hygienist, associate dentist, orthodontist and pediatric dentist. A slate that broad usually signals either a planned expansion of hours or a general call for candidates rather than four funded seats, so it is worth asking early in the conversation which of the four is actually open now. Apply through the practice’s own website.
Broward
Coconut Creek shows three separate general practices, each listed under an individual license, running the same four-role package: dental hygienist, dental assistant, office manager and treatment coordinator. Three identical postings in one neighborhood is a pattern worth noting for administrative candidates in particular, since front-office and treatment-coordination roles rarely surface in threes.
Cooper City contributes Main Street Children’s Dentistry and Orthodontics of South Broward, PA (part of Dental Care Alliance), hiring a dental hygienist, an associate dentist, an orthodontist and a pediatric dentist.
Coral Springs is the week’s center of gravity. American Pediatric Dental Group Coral Springs is seeking a dental hygienist, an orthodontist, a pediatric dentist and front desk support. Main Street Children’s Dentistry and Orthodontics of Coral Springs, PL (part of Dental Care Alliance) posted the longest list on the board: dental hygienist, dental assistant, orthodontist, pediatric dentist, front desk and office manager. Prime Pediatric Dental Group PA is hiring a dental assistant, an associate dentist, a periodontist, a pediatric dentist and front desk staff. Specialists in Orthodontics of Florida PLLC lists a dental hygienist, an orthodontist, a pediatric dentist and front desk. Meier Orthodontics Coral Springs PLLC is looking for a dental assistant, an orthodontist, a treatment coordinator, a sterilization technician and a marketing role — the only marketing opening we found this week.
Three Coral Springs postings are for a lab technician, one of them at Friedman Prosthodontics, P.A. and two at practices listed under individual licenses. Laboratory work does not appear on this board often, and prosthodontic benches are a useful entry point for technicians interested in fixed and removable work and in the digital workflows behind full-mouth rehabilitation.
Several Coral Springs practices listed under individual licenses are also hiring: one for a dental assistant, pediatric dentist and front desk; one for a dental hygienist, associate dentist, orthodontist and pediatric dentist; one for a dental hygienist, orthodontist, pediatric dentist and front desk; and one for an associate dentist, orthodontist and pediatric dentist. Four additional Broward listings — one in Coral Springs, TLC Dental Coral Springs, LLC, GD FL TLC Coral Springs PLLC (part of Guardian Dentistry Partners), plus TLC Dental - Dania, LLC and TLC Dental 4 Kids, LLC in Dania — are advertising without naming roles.
Davie rounds out the county: two practices are hiring a billing and insurance coordinator, one is hiring an associate dentist and a pediatric dentist, and one is advertising without naming roles.
How do you get on next week’s board?
Listing is free and works in both directions. Practices can post an opening at miami.dentist/jobs/, and hygienists, assistants, coordinators, technicians and dentists can publish a for-hire profile there that hiring practices read directly. We do not take a placement fee, and we do not stand between a candidate and an employer; the board exists so that South Florida hiring stops depending on who happens to know whom.
If you are applying this week, go to the practice’s own careers page rather than a job aggregator, and treat “roles not named” listings as an invitation to send a résumé rather than proof of a specific vacancy. For candidates, the most useful detail on this board is not the title but the cluster: where several practices in the same city are hiring for the same role, you have more leverage on schedule, scope and compensation than a single posting would suggest. Check back next week — the map moves.
