Privacy Policy

The short version: your information exists to screen and route your case. We share it with the specific provider we match you with — and no one else. We do not sell it, ever.

1. What we collect

When you submit a request: name, phone, email, the treatment or concern you selected, urgency, how you plan to pay, your notes, preferred language, and technical context (the page you came from, referrer, timezone, and campaign tags such as UTM parameters if present in your link). If you call, we keep notes of the call for routing. If you subscribe to membership, billing details are handled by our payment processor — card numbers never touch our systems.

2. Exactly what we share, and with whom

3. Health information

What you tell us about symptoms and treatment history is used solely for screening and routing. We are a referral service, not a covered health-care provider; once you become a provider's patient, the records they create are governed by their own HIPAA obligations to you.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use first-party analytics to understand what pages help people and which campaigns work (including UTM/click identifiers). We do not run third-party ad trackers on this site. You can browse and submit a request with all cookies blocked.

5. Retention and your rights

Request data is kept while your case is active and for our records afterwards; membership data for the life of the membership plus what tax law requires. You may ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — deletion requests are honored except where a record must be retained for legal or billing reasons. Use the contact form and say it's a privacy request; we respond within 30 days.

6. Security

Data in transit is encrypted; access is limited to the concierge team screening your case; provider handoffs go to verified practice contacts only. No system is perfect — if a breach affecting your data ever occurs, we will notify you as Florida's Information Protection Act requires.

7. Children

Requests concerning minors must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian; we do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

8. Changes

Material changes are dated at the top of this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance; for anything reducing your rights we will notify by email where we have one.
